(1) For the purpose of facilitating the work related to staff adjustment, there will be a facilitation committee as follows:-

(b) Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers - Member (c) Secretary, Ministry - Member (d) Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (e) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member (f) Secretary, Service Conducting Body - Member (g) Joint Secretary, Ministry - Member
